WordPress 4.0 is now available for update. Although the features introduced with 4.0 are cosmetic and not security related, we recommend that you update soon, in order to ensure that future .1, .2, .3 releases happen automatically. (As a reminder, .0 releases do not automatically update.)

* Whoops! I have been corrected! WordPress will only auto update on three digit releases. For example, 4.01 — will auto update. 4.1 will not. There must have third digit in the version number to auto update.
