What makes Wendy’s Twitter so effective in the social media realm is their ability to put a clear face/personality to their brand. Connecting and engaging with and audience is so important for a brand to do on social, so it’s wise to spend a decent amount of time on it. This is not to say that your brand should be roasting your followers who criticize your brand on social media (even though it’s all in good fun), but the fact that Wendy’s responses sound human and are personalized to each tweet makes them a Twitter page to follow by example.
