Full Website Build
Ready to start building your new custom website? So are we!
GreenMellen started out as a web shop back in 2009, and while our specialties have expanded to include more digital marketing services, we still excel at creating beautiful, functional websites for our clients.
Each website we create is developed on the WordPress platform, a powerful content management system (CMS) that provides the tools necessary to easily update content, post blog entries, interact with social media, and increase your website’s search engine rankings.
Here’s how we ensure your custom WordPress website meets your goals:
- Copywriting
Once we complete the website strategy process to uncover the pages and features that need to exist on your website, we’ll help you craft your website copy to be consistent with the voice defined in your messaging document. - Wireframing
With copywriting underway, we begin work on the layout of key pages throughout the site. In this phase, we create wireframes, which are essentially the blueprint of the site without graphics or final copy. Each wireframe will be created with usability, interactivity, and conversion goals in mind. - Design
Once the wireframes are approved, we begin wrapping the wireframe in design. This is when the site starts coming to life. You will have the chance to review the design comps, provide input on changes, and approve the graphics before we move on to programming. - Build
After the design is approved, there’s one more step before the site is an official part of the Internet — development. This phase takes all the work we’ve done to create a great look and feel and makes it an interactive and accessible experience for all of your users. - Launch
You’ve reviewed the staging site and are ready for the world to see it, which means it’s time to launch your website! All of our websites go through a 55-point checklist on launch day to make sure it’s functioning as it should, indexing with search engines, and more. Once your new website is live, we’ll create a personal, in-depth video screencast on how to manage and make edits to your site, as well as options for us to handle ongoing website support and maintenance.
