Intown Smile Studio
- The Challenge
Intown Smile Studio provides the Metro Atlanta area with a new level of dentistry. Last year, the practice was in need of a new website to attract new local patients.GreenMellen partnered with Intown Smile Studio to give their website a new facelift to not only build their client base, but give them an optimal user experience throughout their entire website.Dr. Susan Estep, an award-winning dentist from the Atlanta area, took on the exciting venture to start her own practice. In 2016, she opened Intown Smile Studio to expand her clientele and serve new patients within the Metro area.
As a new dental practice in the heart of Midtown, Intown was striving to gain as much exposure as possible in this busy Atlanta area, especially individuals who were searching for local dentists near them on their mobile devices. The website they had was built on an overly-complicated framework, and they were having difficulties making the site’s design reflect the unmatched quality of this dental practice.
Although the framework their site was built on was complicated, their hopes for this new website were simple: showcase their plethora of services and convenient office location, allow people to easily schedule an appointment online, and gain exposure to local consumers in need of dental services.
With the problems laid out, it was time to bring us in for a new and improved digital presence.
- Our Solution
To achieve these main goals, we executed our website design/development process, as well as performed keyword research to define which pages should be targeted toward their desired audience. Along with building a custom website, we also developed a section to uniquely showcase their before and after photos of their work and gave them training on how to execute their social media strategy.By working alongside Intown Smile Studio during the duration of this project, together, we collaborated to make sure this website was in line with their marketing goals, as well as followed digital marketing best practices.
